About me
I’m a content designer who helps financial organizations create better digital experiences through clarity, empathy, and strategic thinking.
My career began in market research and strategy, but I quickly realized I wanted to be closer to the action and shaping real experiences, not just ideas. That’s when I found content design. It let me combine what I loved most: analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
Over the past decade, I’ve designed content for major banking and fintech projects, from onboarding flows and client apps to internal tools like due diligence dashboards and face recognition ID. I specialize in translating complexity into clarity, helping teams align, and creating experiences that actually support users.
Why finance? Because money is personal. People don’t just “use” financial products, they feel vulnerable, hopeful, anxious. Designing content in this space means helping people feel confident and in control. And that’s what I care deeply about.
After 15 years in Canada, I moved to Berlin in 2025. Today, I work as a freelance content designer, partnering with banks and fintechs to make financial experiences more human.
