I was brought on board to create all the UX copy and customer-facing communication in both English and French.
Challenge
The challenge was to create clear, reassuring language for a process that previously relied on personal interaction, while ensuring all legal, financial, and technical aspects were accurately conveyed.

I worked closely with product owners, UX designers, legal advisors, and developers to write and localize every piece of content.
Solution
I designed intuitive UX copy across the loan flow—onboarding, application forms, approval messages, and status tracking—ensuring consistency and accessibility in both languages.
Outcomes
The platform launched successfully and received positive feedback for its clarity and ease of use. Loan application time was significantly reduced, and more customers completed the process without human assistance.
